Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to connect with others in the community in an integrated setting that promotes individuality in a continuum of sphere of life. The goal is to identify an individual's potential and support him/her to optimize these potentials through exposure in the community by providing supportive training, rehabilitation, empowerment, and socialization. Secondly, we want our employees to be an integral part of our agency. therefore, At IDSS we have small groups so that individuals are given immediate attention. We encourage individuality by tailoring our program to be person centered. Our staff are trained and qualified to perform their duties efficiently.
